What are your hours of operation?
We are open M-F 8am-6pm and offer after hour emergency services.
Is there a travel fee?
We do not charge a travel fee for residential service calls within our service area. There is a nominal travel fee for commercial accounts.
Do you charge hourly or flat rate?
Depending on the scope of work, we have both pricing structures in place. Call our office to inquire about your desired plumbing service request.
Are you licensed?
We have a business license and a contractor’s state license
What does it mean when I hear gurgling in my toilet?
This is an indication that you may have a clogged drain line. Call us to schedule your service

Yes, we offer leak locating and repair services and have excellent troubleshooting skills.

Yes, our vehicles are clearly labeled with our name Performance Plus Plumbing on the vehicle.
Do your technicians wear uniforms?
Yes, our techs wear uniforms with our company name Performance Plus Plumbing on the shirts.
What is your service area?
We service Northern California’s East Bay Area and service many cities in Alameda County, Contra Costa County, San Joaquin County, and Santa Clara County. We also service outside of our service area with added travel fee.
Do you do Residential or Commercial Plumbing service and repair?
We offer both commercial and residential plumbing service and repair. No job too small.

We have been in business since 1994
Do you offer free estimates?
We offer some free visual estimates in certain situations. We may at times, provide an over the phone estimate or an estimate based on images you send us. Please contact us and let us know how we may help.
